Big news today!
I had an appointment with the owner of the apartment was 17h (NOT ONE OF THE BELOW HEIN !!!). It is super well, she was with her son (the janitor) in the process of painting the walls!
So I signed the memorandum of agreement to reserve the apartment! I sign the lease for one year next Wednesday!!
IT TO ME!! I have my apartment to myself!
So here I have a large bedroom, large lounge, a tite bathroom and kitchen, all renovated, with a wooden floor old style. The room is pale green to light so it will be perfect and lounge-style beige looks a little concrete in terms of texture. The kitchen is fully refurbished ... In short the total growing!
The owner is a bit like a Periwinkle Mary, I remember his name but it's pretty much it:) Anyway I'm glad

It remains for me to find a job and a tite Quebec to maintain this great apartment ^ ^
It frees me a little to have signed, it takes away a weight on my little shoulders!
The job I would see later I 'm pressed but not super good I have already started to watch the advertisements are everywhere so I do not worry the top!
